At Premier Pool Servicing we have developed our systems around providing transparent and meaningful reporting for Landlords to monitor the condition of their rental property pool each month.
At the end of each service we provide a detailed report which includes photos of the service (date and time stamped), an inventory report, chemical readings, the work completed and any notes about the pool or equipment. This means you will know straight away if there is a problem arising with the pool or equipment. If an issue is identified we provide a proactive solution including any necessary quotes.
We communicate with the Property Manager and Tenant at every step of the way so they know when the service is scheduled to be completed, once it has been completed, and if any issues arise at the service.
We also work as much as we can with the tenant to ensure they are looking after the pool in between our visits and always encourage them to report any faults to the property manager.
